If resubmitting the check is not possible, Global Point Closing Service (GPCS) will reissue the check and cover any fees associated with the check not processing.

As valued members of the Holiday Shores Beach Club (Holiday Shores) community, we are writing to update you on the recent auction.
As you may know, the winning bid at the auction was $2,275,000. The closing process is expected to take 45 days. After the closing, the Trustee and Distribution Agent, Global Point Closing Services (GPCS), will begin the detailed process of reviewing and distributing the funds.
At this time, no action is required on your part as owners. We appreciate your continued cooperation and patience. We understand the importance of receiving your funds promptly, but these efforts are complex and require thorough validation to ensure everyone is compensated accurately.
